Port access
We ship from India's major ports, providing flexible routing for global markets:
- West Coast (standard): Nhava Sheva (JNPT) & Mundra. Serve Western Europe, the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East.
- East Coast (on request): Kolkata. For Asia-Pacific and South-East Asian destinations.
- Transit to port: 4–6 days by road/rail from Rania to West Coast ports.
Incoterms® 2020
We work with standard ICC Incoterms® 2020 for clear risk and cost allocation:

Minimum order quantities
We optimize for Full Container Loads (FCL) to keep costs efficient. Smaller volumes available for pilot orders.
- Standard FCL: 20 MT minimum (crude or refined rice bran wax).
- Less than Container Load (LCL): Available for pilot testing and first-time accounts.

Documentation
Every shipment includes standard documentation for customs clearance:
- Clean Shipped on Board Bill of Lading (BoL)
- Commercial Invoice & Detailed Packing List
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) matched to batch numbers
- Certificate of Origin (Form A / COO)
- Phytosanitary / Fumigation Certifications (where regionally required)
Additional documentation (REACH letters, allergen statements, non-GMO declarations, vegan certifications) provided on request at no extra charge.
Payment terms
We accept standard international trade instruments:
- Letter of Credit (L/C): At sight, confirmed by a first-class international bank.
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% deposit to schedule production, 70% balance due against shipping documents (for existing accounts).
- Advance T/T: 100% upfront for orders under 20 MT.
Samples
For new customers evaluating the wax, we offer small quantities to test:
- Up to 1 kg: Free samples provided (courier to be arranged by buyer).
- 5–25 kg: Cost-recovery pilot batches. Cost fully deductible from your first FCL order.
Note: Sample program is separate from payment terms, which apply only to commercial orders.
